Development Goal and Load Assumption
1.1 Analysis of user road test and correlation
As vehicle load is affected by such factors as different road conditions, different users and different use tasks, the mass production vehicles present diverse load characteristics in the target market and user groups.
The consistency of the vehicle durability development target and load assumption with the load conditions used by users ( customer correlation ) is the key to the definition of durability development target, structural optimization and the formulation of the test validation plan.Only the load conditions for structural design and test verification are consistent with the user's actual load conditions can the effectiveness of the fatigue engineering development and the reliability of the vehicle under the actual road conditions be guaranteed.

1.2 Scheme formulation of equivalent driving in testing field
The key of the definition of test field driving scheme for the vehicle fatigue durability is to ensure the test intensity and damage is equal to the user's use of the vehicle and damage in the test field test cycle and driving scheme, that is, the test field test conforms to the user's use.
The road spectrum of the durability test route is collected, and the target load is converted to that of the test field based on the equivalent load relationship according to the load objective of the defined vehicle durability test.
